Fuck Yeah, North Korea!

In 2000, U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright met with Kim Jong Il on a state visit to North Korea. At the time, she was the highest level American official to have ever met with the diminutive dictator. Although the two had several serious discussions regarding the frosty relationship between the United States and North Korea, Albright reported that Kim was surprisingly jovial, cracking several jokes and making a point to ask her how she was enjoying her visit. Albright and Kim (whose love of expensive French cognac is well documented) are seen here happily clinking glasses as other officials look on.
